From a full-service agency to a highly specialized service provider.
Cross4Channel GmbH was founded in 2015 with the aim of providing innovative solutions in the field of pharmacovigilance and technical consulting for the pharmaceutical industry. Originally conceived as a full-service agency, our company quickly developed into a specialist for the secure and data protection-compliant use of modern digital communication channels.
Back in 2017, we supported our first customer in pharmacovigilance monitoring of digital social media campaigns. This service, which was initially known under the name "Social Media Guard", has now developed into our flagship product evalii®. evalii® stands for comprehensive monitoring and is synonymous with quality and security in the pharmaceutical industry's digital communication.
Today, Cross4Channel GmbH focuses on the further development of technical innovations and consulting in the field of pharmacovigilance.
We are committed to supporting our customers with future-oriented solutions that not only meet strict regulatory requirements but also significantly improve the efficiency and security of their digital processes. Our approach is based on a deep understanding of the industry and continuous adaptation to the dynamic changes in the healthcare sector.
